If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Returns: Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
